Travel buddy for Braziil-Sao Paulo-Floripa, sept-october

Hello ,

As I only went in Rio de janeiro for the last carnaval, Iguazu and Floripa , and really enjoyed Brazil ,
I want to go back there to visit other cities and meet some new friends.
I plan to go by mid september-october 2010- for 3 weeks
If you don t mind travelling on low budget and sleeping in dorm rooms ! (Hotel and swimming is nice but you don t meet and hang out with new people around the world.)
I plan to go to Sao paulo visit some friend who live there , going back to Florianopolis to enjoy the beaches ,surfing , night life and if possible take a plane or bus to Buenos Aires.

I usually don t plan my trip and improvise according to the ambiance and people I meet.
