Travelling on the Route 61 "the Blues Highway" USA

Hi!

I'm planning my trip to the USA, I'm looking for a companion to enjoy part of my trip together.
Second half of may, I want to travel along the Route 61, let's say from New Orleans to Chicago, to follow the roots of blues music and Jazz.
I will be in the States since the 17th of May so i haven't decided yet when to start this part of the trip.

I'm male, 30yo from Italy but living in London. So everybody of a similar age would be fine, female would be better but I don't mind also if it's a nice chap to drink a beer with.
