London Flat Share For Christmas/new Years 2010/11

i'm a 54 year young gal from texas looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom flat in east london for the christmas/new years holiday this year.
male/female/gay/straight/couple doesn't matter, all i require is someone mature, responsible, trustworthy, and really interested in doing london like a native.
not looking for romantic connection here, just someone to share the flat.
you would have plenty of time to yourself, and we can see the sites together if you wish.
will be my 6th trip to london so i can help you get around and navigate the public transport in the city.
i myself would like to stay from mid december to mid january give or take a day or two.
if you're unable to stay that long, that's fine, i can arrive ahead of you and leave after.
ideally you should plan on at least 2 weeks over the holidays to have time to see all and not be rushed.
i have stayed in east london the last 5 times i've visited and the flat i rent is nothing fancy, but quite livable.
the flat is one bedroom up stairs and one down so you would have your privacy.
the area is Barking and is a very ethnic part of london with a street market in the town center.
all types of shops within walking distance of the flat, as well as the tube/bus/train station, and the all important local pubs!
renting a flat saves tons of $ as you can live like a native, cook your meals at home, do laundry, etc.
would need to start planning the visit asap as a small deposit should be made soon to hold the flat.
the landlady also lets us pay out the cost before arrival.
can pay out the balance over the summer.
should run about $70-$75 a day for your private room.
