West Europe trip in Nov

After a business travel in Austria,I'd like to travel to Paris for MICHELIN restaurant tour from Nov.7~Nov.8 and spend whole week in Bordeaux.

The chateaus which I already arranged are: Lafite, Margaux, Latour, Palmer, d'Issan, Lynch-Bages, Cos, Filhot......
